Project 04 — Atlantis
Traditional Fishery Revival / City Livingroom
Atlantis proposes a coastal public hub for a fishing village in Fujian, China, addressing the growing separation between local everyday life and tourism-driven experiences. Framed as a “city living room,” the project reconnects shoreline, production, and public programs—market and leisure, reception and exhibition, seafood-processing experiences, and layered waterfront routes—so traditional craft and contemporary civic life can coexist and reinforce one another.
Project 05 — Prototype Extraction & Spatial Inventory
From Hadrian’s Villa to a Mixed-Use Public Complex
Starting from the plan logic of Hadrian’s Villa, this project extracts key spatial prototypes and builds a generative “inventory” through selection, transformation, and recombination. These prototypes are overlaid into a mixed-use public complex organized by clear geometric rules that modulate privacy, sound, circulation density, and sightlines—bringing together sports/therapy, cultural programs, services, and residential/study layers as a cohesive spatial sequence.
